Book an Infrared Pilates Class
Because our primary focus is giving our clients a safe workout focused on alignment and movement techniques, each class has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Our Beginner and Infared Classes require no previous Pilates experience. However, our Group Classes utilize all pieces of Pilates equipment, and for your safety, we require prior Individual Sessions or previous Pilates equipment experience.
Within each class, you’ll refine your Pilates practice, improve your range of motion and provide your body the challenge it craves. All of our classes focus on quality of movement with themes that include Balance, Controlled Burn, Endurance and Power and Recovery. Schedule your first session with us today!
