We take the health of our clients very seriously. Because our primary focus is giving each client a safe workout focused on alignment and movement techniques, each class has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Our Beginner and Mat Infrared Classes require no previous Pilates experience. However, our Group Classes utilize all pieces of Pilates equipment, and for your safety, we require prior Individual Sessions or previous Pilates equipment experience.
Within each class, you’ll refine your Pilates practice, improve your range of motion and provide your body the challenge it craves.
