Say Hi to Desiree

Desiree is a licensed physical therapist and has a passion for neurological rehabilitation. In 2017, she graduated from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and is currently working to rehabilitate those who have neurological conditions. Desiree’s Pilates journey initially began in 2018 while working in England. She was inspired by her PT mentor to further her education by enrolling in Pilates educational modules in order to expand her knowledge of neuroanatomy and biomechanics. The knowledge gained from these modules, as well as her own personal practice, made her realize how powerful Pilates practice can be for those re-discovering their own body movement and functions in everyday activity. She enjoys helping clients set personal goals and is diligent in providing the right resources to empower clients to achieve their maximal potential. She excels in consistently challenging clients to grow both physically and mentally. In her free time, Desiree enjoys hiking, running, reading, and learning to play the Saxophone.
