Training Sessions Tailored to You
If you’re looking for highly focused, personal attention throughout your entire Pilates session, going one-on-one with one of our Nationally Certified Pilates Trainers will help you find the perfect balance for your body.
- You will learn how to use all of the Pilates equipment, the reformer, the Pilates chair, the tower or springboard, and the cardio jumpboard.
- How to activate your deep core, protecting your back while learning how to stay out of gripping with your hip flexors.
- How to move your spine with segmental articulation and controlled mobility.
- How to exercise and stretch respecting joint mobility.
- Sessions can be 50 minutes or 80 minutes in length.
- All of our Trainers are Nationally Certified, we pride ourselves on our team approach to helping you reach your goals. This means RF trainers share clients to offer a varied experience and freedom for your all scheduling needs!
