Tracie
Over 10 years ago, Tracie began her personal journey to feel better in her body and mind—and along the way, she fell in love with Pilates. Inspired by the powerful changes she experienced, she completed her first comprehensive Pilates certification in 2017 and went on to earn her second full Pilates certification through RFTT in May 2024.
Tracie is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and develop a strong, stable core. Through thoughtful programming and full-body, athletic-style workouts, she supports clients in reaching their personal fitness goals while feeling confident and empowered in their movement.
Known for her encouraging energy, warm personality, and genuine care, Tracie creates a welcoming environment where every client feels supported, motivated, and uplifted—both during and after each session.
