Kelly B.

Kelly is passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition. She has been practicing and teaching group exercise and fitness training for many years. She always wanted to formally train in Pilates because she knew that Pilates would fine tune her own techniques and help develop an eye for subtle yet critical movements that support everyday functioning. Kelly is grateful for the Reforming Foundations’ Teacher Training Program which taught her new keys to proper technique, posture, and core strength. Kelly is committed to meeting the individual and specific needs of each client; and for each class, she endeavors to provide a variety of safe and challenging workouts, making your experience enjoyable and rewarding.
