Lindsay

Dr. Lindsay Brandt is an advocate for high quality, patient-centered healthcare. She believes expert hands-on care, delivered one-on-one by your physical therapist, is the fastest way to feel and move better. Lindsay discovered Pilates as a client here at Reforming Foundations while recovering from an injury herself, and has since found it to be the perfect addition to her work as an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (OMPT) and Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP). She has a passion for using manual therapy and smart movement strategies to improve quality of life for people of all ages- educating and empowering them to take control of their pain. You can expect Lindsay to listen carefully to your goals, perform a detailed physical assessment, and partner with you to find the right path back to your favorite activities. In addition to patient care, Lindsay is an educator of physical therapists and Pilates instructors. She is an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy programs at Oakland University, a credentialed international instructor with Kaltenborn-Evjenth Orthopedic Manual Therapy, has mentored entry-level and post-professional PT students throughout her clinical career, and is a co-author and educator in the Reforming Foundations School of Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
