This program is your personal roadmap to optimal physical condition. Discovery and Design begins with an in-depth discovery of your health history, past injuries, current lifestyle and daily habits. Your Physical Therapist then creates a personalized Pilates program designed to correct alignment, address muscle imbalance or weakness and improve your overall Pilates practice.
If you’re looking for highly focused, personal attention throughout your entire Pilates session, going one-on-one with one of our Nationally Certified Pilates Trainers will help you find the perfect balance for your body. Our knowledgeable, detailed oriented Trainers will exquisitely tailor a personalized Pilates program designed around your body, needs and goals.
If you need personalized attention but would like to share your Pilates experience with a companion, Semi-Private Sessions are the way to go. Whether you’re sharing with a friend, parent, spouse or co-worker, these 50-minute sessions provide individual care while safely and intelligently challenging your balance, control, and concentration thru various exercise sequences.
3 One-On-One Sessions
Start your journey on the right foot with three 50-minute One-On-One Sessions with one of our Nationally Certified Pilates Trainers. You’ll learn how to do Pilates, how to safely use the equipment and how to properly move your body. This will set your Pilates practice up for long-term success and help you decide whether you want to continue with one-on-one work or join a small Group Class.
3 Semi-Private Sessions
These three 50-minute Sessions are a great way to begin your Pilates journey with a friend or continue receiving individual care while moving beyond one-on-one work. Our Semi-Private Sessions will set your Pilates practice up for long-term success and help you decide whether you want to continue with Semi-Private Sessions or join a small Group Class.
