Do I Need Experience?
No experience is required to start our classes on demand. We recommend you start with Intro to Pilates series. Our classes are for all levels, and if you have a specific request, reach out, we are filming new content weekly!
Do I Need Equipment?
Our VOD Platform offers both mat and equipment classes. We utilize props in some classes but you can do any class without the props however, they do make the experience even more fun and challenging!
How do I Access Classes?
The easiest way is to download our RF app. You can take classes from your phone, tablet or streaming device. You will have 24/7 access to all of our content.
When is New Content Uploaded?
Two new classes are uploaded weekly. We recommend taking a class more than once to learn and develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
